Cancellations can be made by telephone only!
Please call 352-543-0700 for cancellations and any questions about existing bookings.

  • Rates based on single or double occupancy only, this means only 2 people allowed per room. No exceptions.

  • Minimum age allowed to stay at the resort is 21 years old.​

  • You must reserve for two nights minimum on a weekend. We DO NOT rent Saturday night only.

  • ALL ROOMS are non-smoking and this is strictly enforced, a $250 fee will be assessed to any room that has been smoked in.

  • We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. 2 pets maximum. You MUST clean up after your pet.

  • Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

 

-7 day maximum stay-

Room 1 - Studio/Kitchenette/Non-Bay Front Room - $165 per night

Rooms 2-5 - 1 Bedroom/ Kitchenette/Bay Front King Rooms - $205 per night

Room 1, which is a smaller efficiency room, is great for one person or a couple just looking for a place to have a cozy king bed for the night.  This efficiency room still has a full kitchenette with all the amenities the other rooms have including a table and chairs, flat screen television, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The only difference is this efficiency room does not walk out onto the bay front and does not have its own living room like our suites.

The other 4 king suites (rooms 2-5) are spacious and perfect for a couple to enjoy a few days visit to Cedar Key. These 4 rooms include a king sized bed, 2 recliners, refrigerator, toaster, silverware and dishes, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, flat screen televisions in both the living room and the bedrooms, heat & A/C, and 2 ceiling fans. The back door opens to our bay front patio and bar courtyard area.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Nightly rentals must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or change. If not met, we will keep one nights rate as a cancellation fee. If cancelled before the 72 hour cancellation policy period, we will return your money minus $20 credit card processing fee.

No-Call, No-Show billed at regular nightly rates for full charge of the reservation. No rain check will be given for a No-Call or No-Show.... Sorry!

No refunds or rain checks allowed for shortened stay once you have arrived (on your scheduled day of arrival).

Cedar Key has a laundromat available a short distance from our resort for those needing to clean their duds. The town has a small general store/market that has a full deli and meat section, and carries a little bit of everything, but if you need specialty items, you might want to make sure you stop in Chiefland before coming down HWY 24 or HWY 347 to Cedar Key.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY -

As pet lovers ourselves, we welcome well behaved pets. Pets must have current vaccinations and be on flea/tick control medication. Your pet must be under control at all times and pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Consistent barking dogs will be asked to leave.

 

If leaving for the day or heading out to sight see and your pet will be left in the room or RV, we ask that you leave us your cell phone number incase we need to get a hold of you due to the pet. 

You are responsible for liability issues or damage caused by your pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!

We are a friendly ADULTS ONLY (21 and up, STRICTLY ENFORCED) Motel, RV Campground and Tiki Bar situated in the little historic town of Cedar Key Florida. Make sure you bring your camera, binoculars, and appetite for nature when visiting our area. The Cedar Keys are home to some of the best birding along the Florida coastline and Cedar Key is known around the world to have some of the best clams there are.
